Our Story
We first started your journey in Hong Kong in 2017. We have great passion in delivering real food and flavor.
By the time we found that mango ice cream has no mango and pineapple bun has no pineapple...
We travelled to the Philippines and wanted to find some real outstanding fruits. We started with planting mango trees; it is the highest brix mango in the world. We harvested them in different rightness. We have gone through hundreds testing and fine tuning before we achieved the best taste and it became our first product - A&O Carabao Mango Purée. We brought them to Hong Kong and started distributing them in catering group, juice production, ice cream production, Gelateria, patisserie, dessert shops, etc.


Our New Journey
After 2019, like many Hong Kongers, we had to move to the other part of the world and begun our new journey. We will continue spreading our expertise in ingredients and gelato making to create recipes with exceptional quality so we can still enjoy home taste of food in the other parts of the world.
